Cats crack me up.  I had to share this video of my friends' cat, "Sassy".  She "lives" on their bathroom sink.  Yes, it's true.  She also drink there.  She wouldn't get out of the way while I was trying to brush my teeth.  Check this out at:

Summertime -- from my Demo

This song on my jazz demo, "Summertime", is a song I practiced with J-GQ as a captive audience when he was a baby. I was singing with a big band at the time, and needed to practice in front of someone for the best practicing affect.  He was the only one home with me during the day..





I love the guitar solo on this by my buddy Ed. I recorded it at was recorded in New Orleans at Word of Mouth Studio.

Steve Taylor -- a classic

For those of you who have never heard of Steve Taylor, please give a listen to this video.  I was a huge groupie of his and his co-horts back in the 80's (his sis and I were also roomies) and I wish he would tour again...  He has some very thought provoking songs, and is worth a listen.  He has recently written and produced a lot of music, including the song "He Reigns" performed by the News Boys.

Is it Vacation YET???
